Staff At Medstat E.M.S

Through many years of ambulance and emergency service, our management staff, have come to know what works and what doesn't. Medstat is proud of its personnel! They do not just provide a ride here and there or hand out Band-Aids. All our personnel, whether our courteous office staff or the uniformed field officers, must have emergency medical certification.

Field officers are Certified Emergency Medical Paramedic's recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Health. Many have Advanced skills and several hold certifications in the United States. In addition, we have Physicians, Licensed Nursing staff, EFR's & PSW's, all with emergency training on staff.

Our crews must be experienced in the field, and are required to receive ongoing training to confront the variety of event and service demands. As a company that has its roots in education, our own training facility has set high standards that staff must meet before they are counted among the best.

Office staff are trained to offer helpful solutions to a customer's specific need. They begin by listening to their particular requirements and apply the details to ensure a quality of service on which you can depend. Pricing is equitable and we can easily adapt billing to suit the individual's budget or insurance plan.
